Service Description
An unhurried, multi-chapter storytelling experience. This is for pet parents who want the ultimate outdoor session to document their relationship and every side of their dog's personality—from high-energy action to quiet, candid moments. Duration: 3 hours Location: Multiple spots or trail changes within Ottawa Upfront Session Fee: $499 (Secures your date, covers the session time, and builds a private 75+ image proofing gallery). Digital Collection: Purchased separately after you view your next-day proofs. Includes 25 unwatermarked, web-optimized digital files for $400 (Total investment: $899). Extra Digital Files: Can’t decide on your favorites? You can easily add extra web-optimized files directly from your online viewing gallery. • Single Extra File: $45 each • 3-File Bundle: $110 (Save $25) • 5-File Bundle: $165 (Save $60) Note: All digital collections include web-optimized files for easy phone and social sharing. High-resolution master files are securely kept in-studio exclusively to fulfill custom fine-art print and wall-artwork orders.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking & Retainer Fee To secure your photography date and time, a non-refundable Session Fee is required at the time of booking. No dates are held or guaranteed without this upfront payment. This fee covers the custom planning, travel, time spent shooting, and the creation of your next-day proofing gallery. It does not include any digital files or physical artwork. 2. Rescheduling Client Rescheduling: I understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled time at no extra cost. Your session fee will transfer directly to the new date. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within less than 72 hours of the session will require a $50 re-booking fee to open a new date, as it becomes difficult to fill your vacant spot on short notice. Weather & Pet Safety: Sessions are heavily dependent on good conditions (especially for The Adventure or The Forever Friend). If severe weather, poor air quality, or extreme heat poses a safety risk to your pet, the photographer will make the call to reschedule. In these specific cases, your fee transfers to a new date completely free of charge. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows If you choose to cancel your session entirely rather than reschedule, the upfront Session Fee is non-refundable. This compensates the studio for turning down other clients for that specific calendar date. If you fail to show up to your scheduled location within 20 minutes of your start time without notice, the session is considered a "No-Show." The session will be cancelled, and the fee is completely forfeited. 4. Digital Product Sales All sales of digital image collections, full-gallery buyouts, and custom print artwork are final and non-refundable once delivered or sent to production.
