Copyright & Usage

All images created during your session remain the exclusive intellectual property of Eric Brazeau under the Canadian Copyright Act. Clients receive a personal‑use license for their final delivered portraits (Digital and/or Printed). Images may not be sold, licensed, altered, filtered, or used commercially without written permission.

Outdoor Locations & Municipal Rules

Sessions take place outdoors at Ottawa parks, trails, or downtown locations. All pets must remain leashed and under control in accordance with the City of Ottawa Animal Care & Control By‑law. Off‑leash photography is limited to fenced private property or designated off‑leash zones.

 

Safety & Conduct

Clients are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and control of all pets and participants present. Eric Brazeau works with handheld camera equipment only and does not use lighting setups, props, or staging.

 

Liability

Liability is limited to the exact amount paid for the session. Eric Brazeau is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents arising from pets, participants, or environmental conditions during outdoor sessions.

Weather & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost due to severe weather, extreme temperatures, or conditions that pose a risk to pets or participants. Eric Brazeau reserves the right to postpone a session for safety reasons.

 

Privacy

Client information is used solely for communication, booking, gallery delivery, and record‑keeping. Personal data is not sold or shared except with essential service providers required to deliver your artwork.

 

Governing Law

All services are provided in Ottawa, Ontario. This Legal section is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
